Heritage - Cultural Heritage

The East Border Region celebrates its cultural heritage as passionately as anywhere in Ireland. The Irish love of the arts rings out at the Patrick Kavanagh Rural and Literary Resource Centre in Inniskeen and at numerous heritage centres dedicated to the arts and culture throughout the region, including the source of the Bronte legend in countryside near Banbridge. Our evocative myths come to life at visitor attractions like the atmospheric Navan Fort, while our music, crafts, dance, language and drama thrive in village, town and city wherever you go.
