Regular, scheduled ferry services operate between Great Britain and Ireland. You can arrive from Wales via Dublin’s two ports, Dublin and Dunlaoghire using regular ferries or high speed services. Stranraer & Cairnryan in Scotland and Liverpool England bring both foot passengers, cars and other vehicles into Northern Ireland through two ferry ports, Belfast and Larne.

The East Border Region also has a very accessible rail and transport network. The flagship Enterprise train service operating between Dublin Connolly and Belfast Central also has stops in Drogheda, Dundalk, Newry and Portadown.
